- Personality: Buraindo is quite silent. He never really talks, because people feel pity for him, usually. He is in fact blind. His name means "Blind Prodigy". He isn't generally a mean person, unless you try and pick on him, or you are showing the utmost sympathy for his loss of sight.

- Biography: Buraindo, born on the 25th of July, wasn't always blind. At the age of 10, his history before then not worth telling of, was when his story really began. He was in the Academy at the time, training with his classmates. One of them, jealous of him because he was a very well-trained student, brought a dagger to his class. While they were training with hand-to-hand combat, the boy wanted to train with Buraindo. "Training" with him, the boy took out the dagger and slashed and stabbed at Buraindo's eyes repeatedly, making Buraindo's sight be lost.
He was rushed to a medical facility, but nothing could be done to help Buraindo. His parents named him Buraindo after this incident. They only called him Shindou before, but he now had his name. He had his Zanpakuto at the age of 14, and has been training with it since. He's passed training with it, his Shikai has been released, and he's already met the Materialised Metsubou. At this point in time, he's in Gotei 3, Seat 6. He's well-thought of as a Lieutenant or nearly a Captain. His Bankai has yet to be released, but time is on his side, it should happen soon enough...

When you remove Bakudo #81 and Hadou #90 it's approved, too high for anyone that isn't a Captain.
