Heart Attack
The thought has crossed my mind that maybe some of you guys don't actually have complaints, but are simply frustrated and expect the staff to bring the magic fix, and when we don't, you get critical. All I can say to this is that we're human, guys. We can lead a horse to water, but we can't make him drink. We need you, all of you, to pitch in. If every active member did an average of five scenes a day, five measly scenes, we'd have over a hundred scenes a day, not to mention that kind of activity would only inspire more activity in a cumulative effect.
To give an idea of the depressing situation: there are currently about 20 registered users, with only three of them active. (active meaning that they actually do stuff on forums, not even in rp. That's how sad it is)

I've posted exactly three other Tifa pictures some where around on the forums. Look at all my topics to find them!!! And psht, tis my speech hoe! >=x

But an oscar-winning speech, had I not both created it and bought the copyright for it.

Here at Senkaimon, we staff try hard to work with our members. When you guys have complaints, we listen. When you guys need our help, we're there. When you guys are confused, we try to rectify that problem. Unlike many other boards, Senkaimon is unique in the fact that the Staff "live among the members." We're not some faraway group of elites that only swoop down into the roleplay to lay down the iron fist of judgment. That kind of bureaucracy has never been appealing to us.
So you'll understand how I get confused as to why some of the members (you guys know who you are) seem to always butt heads with the staff of well, by darn any roleplay. As if we're the "enemy," there is this odd mentality among a few that we're either naive, or just plain negligent, and that our "policies" are counterproductive to the growth of the roleplay. I just don't get the thinking behind this. We roleplay here at Senkaimon too, you know. We're not oblivious to the problems going on around here. I can only think, therefore, that the thought process is that we have some sort of malicious intent towards the members. Like, we want to make you unhappy?
Most of you reading this probably won't really get what I'm going on about. To be fair, member-staff relations have actually been rather well lately, aside from some issues with approval, so my rant might seem... unjustified?
So, there are obviously still problems. Let's hear them. Tell me, here, all of your complaints and suggestions concerning Senkaimon. Nothing is sacred, take your aim and fire without hesitation. Something needs to be done, so let's do it.

You won't say because you lied about being a MOD.
