Squads and such

There was a problem in the last role-play with too many Captains (one for each) with only one or two of them having people in their squad.
As such, only one squad will be an RPC squad for now, with a Captain, Lieutenant and seats. I need all who want to be Shinigami to post down that they will be: as then we can see how many squads to open.
For instance.
- Captain (me).
- Lieutenant (?).
- Seat.
- Seat.
- Seat.
Once that is done, the rest of the seats will be NPCs, and the next squad will be opened up and filled: so we don't get uneven squads.
No-one will be placed into squads until we have a list of who is in the Shinigami: we will then pick the Captains and they will talk and sort the squads out amongst themselves.
There will be an NPC Sotaichou (Captain Commander, Squad 1) as that way we can role-play properly.

Well, I would either take a Seat or be Lt. But I think I would preffer Seat, that way I can rp getting Shikai and such.

Eh, this is a good idea I guess. What with the one squad opened up at a time and the npc Captain Commander.
