- Name: Buraindo Shindou.
- Zanpakuto Name: Metsubou.
- Meaning: Metsubou, means "Destruction" in Japanese. That is the meaning, and the will of this special sword.

- Blade Type: Katana.
- Release Type: Affect-Type. The release allows Buraindo to shift his weight, to make himself weigh more or weigh less. Very crucial during fights. This allows speed enhancement, and also good weight distribution among very well-thoughout and elaborate strategies.

- Inner World: Metsubou's Inner World looks like Heaven. Yes, the sword's name means "Destruction", but looks can be deceiving. When in the Inner World, it may look like Heaven, but there is nobody in sight, white clouds, blinding sunshine, and the Materialisation of Metsubou. The gravity of this world is twenty times the normal gravitational force of the normal world. Buraindo has nearly adapted to this harsh enviornmental gravity.
- Materialisation: Metsubou looks like a man. Flowing yellow and orange robes, having a metallica hue to go along with the majestic looks of the robes. His hair is a blood red color, with no facial hair. His eyes glow as if his pupils were the essence of the Sun itself.

- Shikai Command: Metsubou, mibae goshujin junsui youshiki!
- Meaning: "Destruction, show your true form!"
- Shikai Abilities: When the Shikai is activated, Metsubou's hilt begins to look as if it's spinning. In turn, this makes the blade also seem like it's spinning. This is only an illusion to the opponent, making the sword seem like a drill, making them wonder how Buraindo is holding the blade while it's spinning rapidly. The blade can extend from the middle outward, with miniature blades as the extension, that aren't very easy to break.

- Bankai: Taiyou Junsei. [Sun God]
- Bankai Abilities: When the Bankai is activated, Metsubou's blade begins to turn into a light orange hue, and it expels spiritual pressure, with intensity and high temperatures, this shows Metsubou's Materialized form. When this happens, a duplicate blade will show in Metsubou's hand, exactly the same as the one in Buraindo's. The spiritual pressure applied to the area gives off a temperature of 169 degrees F. Buraindo can withstand this temperature because of his training with Metsubou. Metsubou can move at the speed of sound, which makes him deadly toward any enemies. Be prepared.
