The Mission

It was cloudy, cold, and annoyingly mushy ground. Satoyashi was walking down the sidewalks, a black umbrella held over his head for protection from the rain.
He was teamed with another vizard; one who didn't mind getting wet and was walking behind Satoyashi without any protection from the rain, on a mission that involved god knows what. Satoyashi turned his head and looked behind him, the trailing Vizard was following.
Two other Vizard had both taken up the rear, staying back a bit in case of any disturbances. Leaving Satoyashi upfront, another Vizard in the middle, the one that didn't mind getting rained on, and two others in a semi wing formation at back, one to the right, the other covering the left, Satoyashi admitted, it was a little awkward, but it got the job done. The four Vizard taking the back ends of this chain remained in constant Shunpos from roof to roof, keeping their presence secret.
Travel to Minamikawase, arrive at the rendezvous point, meet the contact, and continue with the mission. Secondary objectives, eliminate any Hollow.
Satoyashi mumbled to himself, the weather was muggy, and it had just stopped raining, so the ground was wet and slippery.
Satoyashi scanned the opening ahead, making sure that only the contact was present. Calling for the others to stop before showing themselves. Satoyashi stepped into a small clearing, puddles of water were spread around the area, and gardens covered the borders, and a small path was leading to the east. The way they were to take, if a large crowd of Hollow was planning on, the open would be the best place, since they had small numbers, attacking them while they were in the opening would let the enemy mosh them. Satoyashi let out a sigh, he might have just walked into a trap, he forgot to try and detect any new Reiatsu, now it was too late, if an enemy was here, they would be on him before he had a chance to check the surroundings. His hand traveled inside his trench, his hand rested on the hilt of his concealed blade, ready to pull the sharp nodachi at the first sign of danger. He just hoped the others were undetected.
Nothing hurt worse than throwing an ambush, and being hit by one from the side. Satoyashi grinned, as long as it wasnt a familiar, or pretty face, he would have no trouble bashing it in.

Alejandro.. stood in the trees ahead, he saw the figure down below staring out through the open area. "Hmm.. he is so open." Alejandro whispered this easily.. as he then turned around to see one of his Fraccion holding a body. "Hmm... what is this?" The Fraccion then spoke easily "It's a Vizard, I believe it tried to attack me from behind.." "Was there more than one..?" "Yes, the other happened to run this way or something I believe."
Alejandro then stood and thought to himself for a moment. "I think the figure down there is a vizard aswell we should go pay him a visit." After those words were said, the Fraccion and Alejandro dropped down from the trees into the clearing.. with the lifeless cadaver.

(I doubt a mere Fraccion could kill a Vizard)
Sadamu Iida watched from his perch, eyes darting hither-and-dither as he took in the scene below him. A man, of slight build, with what appeared to be a Fraccion or just a lesser Hollow, was moving towards another man whom he recognized as the ex-Shinigami, a Vizard as he knew it.
A hand resting on his Zanpakuto, forever at his hip, Iida motioned a hand upwards as his team-mate placed the reciever to his lips. "Gotei 3, under Sadamu-taichou, requesting permission to break the limit," came the hushed reply; and before a response was even considered the squad flicker out of sight - heading towards the scene...
